David Horder Photo The Big One Package. Hertford Property Photographer. This property was shot for Thomas Childs and Co on 14th November 2024.

As you leave Hertford, just before Panshanger Park, stands a modern, architecturally stylish property, spread over three levels.

The current owners bought this from new and the first thing that caught my eye was the parquet flooring in the living room. Something that the owners had installed by the builders.

This floor looked amazing when the sun came out for the 10 minutes it joined us for. Overall a really lovely property, wonderfully stylised throughout, with great views.
