David Horder Professional Property Photography for Wendens Ambo, Essex. This property was shot for Pottrill Holland Property & Estate Agents on 16th October 2025.

Another lovely house with great design and style. This is a great example of why I shoot with lights, as the living room had lovely deep green walls and I wanted to show that. The light was tricky during that day, as the sun was being low and extra bright, which can cause colour casts from one side of the room to another.

So by using interior lights, I kept the green, green looking and not have it drift into a muddy blue and the lift in interior light, helped me battle the outside sun, so you can see into the garden.

Would have been a breeze to do in the summer, or on a cloudy day, but I carry the equipment with me to get me out of tough lighting conditions.
