David Horder Professional Property Photography for Tilia Court, Saffron Walden. This property was shot for Pottrill Holland Property & Estate Agents on 26th September 2025.

Discreetly positioned within The Avenue, an award-winning development by the Hill Group completed in 2014. The Avenue is renowned nationally, having been awarded the coveted 2016 RIBA National Award for its innovation, sustainability, and forward-thinking design. This property is a striking example of modern family living brought to life.

Another lovely modern property located at Saffron Walden. This is an excellent example of why I shoot with lights, as the day itself was extra sunny, with overpowering Autumn light.

Using lighting means I can add light to balance the whole shot out, keeping the colours of the room natural looking, by exposing for the windows and adding light to keep the exposure the same throughout.

The was very much needed in the glorious kitchen diner where all the light was at the time of visit, at the front of the house. If I had taken a normal long exposure or HDR, the lovely lights above the dining table would have been a mass of orange explosions, however by adding light they're kept under control.

A really gorgeous property, with great space, right in the centre of Saffron Walden.
