Interesting job this one. The owner wasn't happy with the previous agent's photos, so they didn't market with them and instead went with Oliver. The feedback on the previous photos was that it was dark and they wanted it light and bright.

A perfect example of why I carry lights, however when we got there at 2.00pm in October, the light was fading fast. However I got the photos done and this was their response.

"Morning Oliver, OMG, the photos are amazing. They are like something out of a high class property magazine.

Both you and David have worked wonders.

Fingers crossed, we now sell our property."

It's lovely to get feedback as I generally don't hear back, but high class property magazine is high praise indeed. Good news is the property is under offer, so the photos did their job correctly.
