Located in the sought-after village of Great Chesterford, 35 Icknield Rise is a stylish two-bedroom modern townhouse, less than half a mile from Great Chesterford train station, offering direct services to London and Cambridge, and soon to include the new Cambridge South Station at Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

Another lovely house with great design and style. You never know what you're going to get when a house is split over three levels, with living room and kitchen separated by stairs. I'm happy to say, I liked it and felt that it worked as a family home, with kids on the living room and parents in either the downstairs office or kitchen.

You're all together but you have a bit of space as well. I loved the great use of garden area and the gnome was very polite. Also given the three levels, the top floor offered great views of the fields. Something for everyone, I thought.
