David Horder Professional Property Photography for Cambridge Road, Quendon, Essex. This property was a private shoot for the owner on 29th September 2025.

A real interesting one this. I had a job come in via one of my blogs and the owner asked me to photograph just the externals, as they wanted to go to market in the new year but needed the pool shots before the winter cover goes on.

Fair enough. On arrival I surprised the owner as this is a Grade 2 listed building, I had found old photos of the place on various historic websites. They had no idea there was so much information about it's history. Anyway, a very interesting property featuring a coffin shaped pool, as it heats up better. Not sure how big the grounds were, but large enough for external buildings such as sheds, greenhouses and veg plots as the owner is a very keen gardener.

An absolute please to visit as I've driven past the gate most weeks, so nice to have a look around.
